With Apologies -- A Correction for Photographs by Jim [10-1-08]
When Jim Miller agreed to provide photography for the 2008 International Convention, he agreed to provide free photographs for use by our state editors and the International HQ in official publications. In return, he should receive a photo credit line and a copy of the publication. This should be a simple thing to provide. However, we used six Jim Miller photographs in the September/October ΔΚΓ NEWS with no credit line or mention of Photographs by Jim. We apologize Jim! We enjoy your photographs and work with our organization. Please accept this as a correction of our omission.

What Happened in Chicago? [09/05/08]
Connect to convention workshop handouts, convention actions, election results, photographs, and more. Leading with "Wisdom and Passion" highlighted not only the 2006-2008 biennium but also the 2008 International Convention July 22-26 in Chicago. Nearly 2,000 members and guests gathered for the biennial event.
From opening night activities which featured expansion and remarks from the Society’s newest state organization presidents to the banquet which closed events with retiring of the flags and singing “the song,” evaluations declared the event a success. Members of Lambda State (Illinois), international committees and boards, and headquarters staff who had spent countless hours preparing for the convention smiled as events unfolded as planned.
